Complex fruit flavours with rich plum colour. Spice on the nose. Deeper
aromas of light vanilla, dark chocolate, earth, lifted by dark berries.
The palate has a spiciness to it with structure tannins. Cape Coast is
a structured wine with attitude and enjoyed by all.
It accompanies many dishes, especially those with a tomato base such as
Italian and meat dishes, for example Osso Bucco and Sirloin.
