Palate: Rich orange peel with lovely sweetness and weight, but still refreshing with good acidity cutting through the sweetness.
Description: 66% Semillon and 34% Sauvignon Blanc â€“ harvested on the 10th April after heavy flooding through the vineyards. Botrytis set in very quickly and within a week it was ready for picking.
