about the harvest: Harvested at 20.5° B with a yield of 8 tons per hectare.

in the cellar : Free-run juice plus pressings up to 1 bar were used and settled over night. The clear juice was inoculated with Vin 13 yeast. The wine lay on its lees for 2 months before being cleaned upand bottled.
