in the cellar : Vinification /Maturing
The grapes were harvested 1-10 March 1998 and picked at 23º balling. Fermentation of the skins took place for a period of 5 days at 28ºC. The wine matured for 6 months in 3rd fill French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Colour : Purple reflections, youthful vibrance, rich.
Aroma : Violets, crushed fruits (strawberry, rasberry, blackcurrant) and notes spice.
Pallet : Succulent , fruit start, spicy and floral underlined by a good alcahol, acidity ratio.
