in the cellar : Grapes harvested at 24 - 25 B. Yield 7 tons per hectare. Alcoholic fermentation at 28C and skin contact for 10 days. Maturation in French Nevere oak barrels. Certified and bottled on the farm. Dense ruby colour. Chocolate, cinnamon,coffee nose. The full, fresh palate has good fruit and ripe tannins.
