about the harvest: The grapes were harvested between 23° and 26° Balling.

in the cellar : After crushing and destemming the mash was inoculated with a yeast strain, which fermented until the sugar was between 15° and 17° Balling. The mash was pressed and the wine was fortified. After some months of maturation in tank, the wine was bottled.
