Since the winemaker has to work with only small volumes, he is able to mature this wine with his individual attention. This results in a superbly complex wine with a wide spectrum of tropical fruit flavours which leaves a lasting impression. Can be enjoyed with crayfish, lobster, oyesters, grilled fish or grilled chicken.
