Tasting notes:
Very pale straw coloured with a hint of green.
On the nose, the distinct Elgin Sauvignon Blanc aromas of, cut grass, flinty gravel, fresh bell peppers with a slight herbal edge.
On the palate, a lovely follow through from the nose of the fruits, and the flint and mineral
elements blend awesomely with the racy, bouncy acidity to give this wine a perfectly balanced mouthfeel and a good lingering finish.
This wine will benefit from aging for a year or two.
