This 60-40 blend of two noble varieties is made in a more fruit driven style for optimal accessibility and enjoyment. Currants, berries, soft spices and lingering mocha are prevailing flavours. Subtle and ripe tannins as well as balanced acid make this wine immediately enjoyable but also give the potential of ageing up to 3-4 years if cellared correctly. This wine can be enjoyed on its own or wonderfully paired with a variety of dishes.
