Lyngrove Platinum Latitude 2007

Refined nose scented with black cherries, tobacco and restrained oak. Dense middle palate with depth of flavour, a hint of mint and powerful finish.

Serve with braised lamb shank, or pan-fried black peppered fillet and béarnaise sauce.
