Rich, ripe fruit salad aromas with promintent bannana and hints for citris follow through to a smooth , elegant palate with a creamy lime aftertaste.

Serve with caramelised onion and gruyere tart.

ageing : Enjoy now or within 3 years of harvest.
about the harvest: Grapes were harvested in the early morning at 26 degrees balling, slightly crushed, de-stemed and gently pressed. The juice was fermented until dry in stainless steel tanks, and then blended. Maturation occured on the fine lees for two months prior to racking, stabilisation and bottling.
