With the color of a ripe watermelon and flavours of red berries, pomelo and tropical fruit. Nice acidity to end off the slightly sweet fruit.

Origin: Paarl, Western Cape Situated on the foothills of the Hawequa mountain, overlooking Wellington.
Climate: Cold and wet winter with normal spring. Lots of rain during harvest till end of summer.
Terroir: Weathered granite and sandy loam soils in the lower parts of the vineyards.
Vintage notes: Wet winter, with normal rainfall in spring. Summer started out perfect with not too much or too little rain, but lots of rain in second week of February with rain every week till end of harvest. The age of the vines is 5 years.

in the cellar : Grapes are handpicked and meticulously sorted to ensure only the best fruit is used for vinification. Cool fermentation temperatures to preserve the fruit. Directly after fermentation prepared for bottling.
