in the cellar : Grape Variety - Ruby Cabernet (90%) Merlot (10%)
The wine, made from Merlot and Ruby Cabernet grapes, were each made in their own style. Fermented dry on the skins and after malolactic fermentation, aged in second and third fill barrels. The blending of the two wines took place only prior to bottling.
Soft, light bodied red wine with floral aromas.
