This fine blend of 60 / 40 brings out the best in each variety. Spicy, leather, ripe fruit flavours, full mouth, with a strong middle palate rounding off the wine.
Serve at room temperature with red meat, leg of lamb, duck, cold meat and 'braaivleis'.
