Kleinbosch Pinotage is a ruby red wine, clear and brilliant. The bouquet displays a touch of mulberries, together with slight banana flavours - just an abundance of subtle aroma. On the palate the wine is mouth filling, with lots of fruit, soft tannins, a good follow-through and aftertaste, with well-balanced acidity. in the vineyard : Pinotage, the unique South African grape, performs well in the hot, dry summer climate of the Paarl region. Most of the Pinotage in the area comes from relatively young vineyards, which yield highly concentrated fruit flavours.
