Raoul's Red 2008

Colour: A Tinta Barocca based blend with Merlot and Shiraz has a brilliant opaque purple colour.
Nose: Full of young berry fruit, mostly from the Merlot, backed by gentle spice from both the Shiraz and Tinta Barocca.
Palate: All of these follow through to the palate along with a blend of mulberry and cherry.
Description: The evident, yet soft tannins give the wine its good length and freshness. A perfect braai or pasta wine.
