"Grapes for the 2010 vintage were sourced predominantly from our cool coastal vineyards in Darling." Anthony de Jager

in the cellar : From an excellent, cool Sauvignon Blanc vintage. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and the juice was allowed six hours of skin contact prior to pressing. After two months of post-fermentation lees contact the wine was filtered and bottled.
