in the cellar : The 2009 harvest was a very good year for Pinotage. Good fruit extraction and concentration where developed which is how we came up with this Rosé. Only the first 300 litres of every ton of grapes where used so we could get the colour we wanted. A light coloured, fruity Rosé with a crisp fresh mouth feel.
