Nose: Exuberant basket of cherries, rhubarb, plum and dark chocolate.
Palate: Very soft entry exploding ripe plum and berry flavours on the palate with a touch of sweetness, oak spices and vanilla carrying through to the finish. Tastes almost dry due to the big tannin structure. Serve chilled!
Ideal for light meat with tangy sauces, like marmalade or fruit chutney.
