This hand crafted Boutique wine is matured for 17 months in French and American Oak Barrels. The nose expresses an array of Red Berries dominated by Morello Cherry with an underlying hint of white chocolate and spice. The nose carries through to the palate showing a well structured, full bodied wine with lingering ripe tannins and a lengthy finish. Showing good fruit and Oak integration.
