Veritas 2008 - Bronze
Great care was taken to obtain a light fresh coloured Rosé. The wine displays the typical Pinotage red berry fruit aromas, which follows through onto a refreshing medium dry palate. This elegant Rosé desires to grace a table and keep company with those who appreciate a seriously enjoyable wine.
Enjoyed chilled, on its own or with salads, pastas, seafood and light.

As with all the wines produced in the Overgaauw cellar, the Shepherd’s Cottage wines carry a quality signature: the commitment form the winemaking team to produce the best from the carefully nurtured fruit the harvest has to offer.
The Shepherd’s Cottage at Overgaauw was originally built in the late 1700’s to house the local Shepherd. It is a small quaint humble home, with thick old white washed walls and small windows which are protected by green shutters, each with a heart carved out in its centre. Four generations of van Veldens have made wine at Overgaauw and for the last two generations the newly wed van Velden children have had the privilege of calling this their home for the first few years of their married life.
Along with the rest of the Shepherd’s Cottage range of wines this Rosé celebrates the warmth, commitment and love shared in this humble home.
