Stellar Organics Chardonnay Reserve 2009

The Chardonnay was fermented with with a small amount of French oak and stirred regularly after fermentation. The result is a wine with a pale golden colour, a complex spicy, fruity nose and a fresh, citrus-like acidity on the taste.
