Cape Mountain Chardonnay 2009

Pale straw with a golden hue. Ripe pineapple and granadilla layered with green melon aromas. Dry crispness on entry followed by fresh and ripe tropical fruit integration. A medium bodied dry white wine with crisp yet creamy dry entry exploding into lemon butter and tropical fruit flavours.

Best served well chilled to be enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif. Delicious with full flavoured line fish, pan fried veal and creamy pasta and chicken dishes.
