Cape Mountain Sauvignon Blanc 2009

Pale yellow with a light green tinge. Ripe pineapple and granadilla layered with green melon aromas. Dry crispness on entry followed by fresh and ripe tropical fruit flavour well integrated with a zesty citrus finish. A light bodied dry white wine with attractive ripe fruit flavours and aromas well-balanced by a lively acidity and refreshing finish.

Best served well chilled to be enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif. Delicious with oysters, seafood in light sauces and great with all white meats such as chicken and fish.
