A dense, deep ruby-red wine with a lovely ripe fruit bouquet with a nice spicy, mulberry palate. Soft approachable tannin structure.

Viticulture practice: Trellised to a height of 2.4 meter. Green dropping to ensure even ripeness. Yield control by water shortage
management. The irrigation control also ensures a small berry with concentrated flavours. Springtime pruning.
Yield per Hectare: 6 tons
about the harvest: Only healthy optimum ripened, hand harvested grapes were selected in March 2004.
in the cellar : Our gravity system ensures the least damage to the pips and skins, thus ensuring a soft, approachable tannin structure.
Wood ageing: 12 Months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels.
