A crisp and elegant blended white wine with aromas of peach, guava, gooseberry and passion fruit.

about the harvest: The grapes are hand picked at full maturity.

in the cellar : The grapes undergo traditional vinification in stainless steal tanks. Pneumatic pressing in a vacuum ensures that the grapes are pressed slowly and gently. The temperature is maintained at around 19°C during fermentation. The wine is then aged on its fine lease for 3 month and then bottled.
