Arniston Bay Limited Release Shiraz Rosé 2009

Clean and brilliant with a strawberry pink colour, this wine has complex aromas of spiced apples and cherry fruit. The palate shows flavours of strawberries with citrus and herbal tones, this wine has a well-balanced acidity and a pleasant, lingering finish.

Versatile and crowd-pleasing. Take it along to a party or serve with olive-oil-tossed pasta salad and grilled chicken dishes.

Soil: Hutton is the name of the soil most common in the Western Cape for growing vines. Derived from granite, it is a brown soil which has excellent physical properties, such as good drainage and water holding properties. Hutton (Oakleaf) soils are typically situated at altitudes of 150-400m. Hutton soil is well known for producing quality wines.
