Stonehill Bristle White 2009

Bright, pale yellow with lemon green reflections.

Attractive, open nose with hints of peach and ripe apricot.
Youthfully crisp and fresh, the wine is oaked with the barely discernible wood discreetly adding a soft, full texture to the mouth.
A gingery note gives a very attractive lift to all the flavours. Hints of sweet acacia on a satisfying, long lasting and bone dry finish.
