Colour: Antique Rose/Onion skin
Aroma: Strawberries & Melon with red berries from the Pinot.
Flavour: Strawberries and Summer melons. Zesty citrus mouth-feel with complexity from the Pinot Noir.
Finish: Soft and silky with a bit of Zing!

Perfect for summer drinking, even with crushed ice or sparkling mineral water. Great with Sushi, Sashimi and Smoked Trout Salad and a match made in heaven with Melon and Parma ham.

about the harvest: Harvested separately on 17 february 2009 at 25° Balling.

in the cellar : Chardonnay was pressed lightly, cold settled and fermented on wood chips. The Pinot Noir was aged in new French & American oak barrels. Blended after ageing to create a luscious mouth-feel.
