A distinctive pale yellow with green tints and good viscosity. The bouquet displays the typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas of grapefruit, lime, a little grass, and a hint of passionfruit and pineapple. In the background there is a fine, mineral and floral note, reminiscent of white flowers.
