Allee Bleue Isabeau 2009

Pale yellow in colour with good viscosity. The bouquet is characterised by the ripe fruitiness of orange blossom, mango and passionfruit, as well as subtle, nutty flavours of sweet almond, a touch of butterscotch and fine roasting flavours from the barrel. A vigorous wine with soft, toasty notes on the palate, rounded character, balanced structure with fresh acidity and pleasant fruit. A long finish with a hint of caramel.

Fish dishes and shellfish, poultry or fish pies and terrines, veal, boiled dark meat dishes, casseroles, ripe goat's cheese.
