Misty Mountains Estate Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2009

The wine displays a light straw colour with flashes of green apple. Tropical fruit laced with pepper and nettles is combined with melon and figs to create a perfumed, aromatic nose with a hint of asparagus. The palate is elegant, juicy and crisp with refreshingly balanced acidity. The aftertaste is supple and enduring.
