Misty Mountains Estate Wooded Sauvignon Blanc 2009

The colour of this wine reminds of fine yellowish china. Hints of apricot and peach combines with a very light infusion of cinnamon and vanilla to create something more complex. The wood is very well toned into this wine and on the palate it comes across as giving roundness and generosity. A good dollop of acid ensures that the palate is crisp and enticing.

Drink with white meats and smoked salmon.
