Scarborough Red 2004

The wine shows an intense colour with flavours of red berry fruit, chocolate and wood spice. This all follows onto the palate which reveals subtle tannins and a long finish.
The wine is best enjoyed at 18°C with a hearty dish and is ready for drinking now, however will
improve over the next 5 years.
