Nose shows dusty, herbaceous tones with blackcurrent, limes and subtle oak. This follows onto a tight palate along with fresh acidity and ends with a bone dry finish.

about the harvest: Grapes for this wine are picked on the picturesque south facing Noordhoek slopes form the Peninsulas’ southern most vineyards. The grapes were harvested at 22.5º - 23°B in the early hours of the morning and were all hand-picked. The wine was bottled in January 2008.
