White pepper, spice, mocha, vanilla, black berries, cherries and liquorice are all evident in this bold Shiraz. Optimal extraction and aged for 20 months in barrel has assured round tannins and a good combination of flavours.
This wine will go well with saucy mushroom dishes, steak with blue cheese sauce, rocket salad and most cheeses.
