This premier collection label features a painting by our daughter Louié, after whom Louiesenhof was named. This great Chardonnay was grown on specially selected well-drained soils. Only healthy grapes were used for this super wine. The grapes were picked at a very high sugar, fermented with selected yeast and aged in new 225L French barrels for twelve months.
