The Summer fruit basket: Naunces of apricots, peaches and prickly pears are well intergrated with whiffs of rose water and Turkish Delight. The wines acidity keeps the palate fresh and enhances these aromas. A favourite to be enjoyed after a long, hot summers' day.

This wine can be enjoyed with all kinds of seafood as well as mild curries during winter time.

in the vineyard : The vineyard are selected from within a radius of 160Km from the cellar, although components of the fruit also come the Val de Vie Estate. Different vineyards have different characteristics which are all interwoven into a fresh, fruit driven matrix. The Viognier and Clairette Blanche grapes mostly from Wellington and the Swartland. The first grapes from Val de Vie was experimented with and blended into the final blend.
