This wine has a deep red colour with aromas of plum, mulberry and sweet prunes on the nose with a dry, earthy finish and a ripe tannin core.

in the vineyard : The vine is trellised on Hutton & Broken Granite against the hills with an east-west row direction. It is managed with drip irrigation and yields approximately 7 ton/ha.
about the harvest: The grapes are harvested at 24.00 degrees B, with pump overs every 4 - 5 hours at 26 - 28 degrees C for about 5 days. The must is inoculated with WE372 yeast.
