Weltevrede Philip Jonker Brut Aletheia NV

- Discontinued -
A golden colour with an amber tinge and a delicate stream of bubbles gliding to the surface. The nose reveals complex, smokey aroma of nuts, orange chocolate, and Crème Brulé. The palate is dry, yet rich, with flavours of orange skin, bitter chocolate, ginger and anyseed.

Aletheia can be paired with food throughout the meal and works particularly well with smoked duck, ginger, almonds, sushi and oysters.
