The nose on the Gander Shiraz is full bodied with black currant, ripe cherry, spices, chocolate and subtle cigar box undertone. The tannins are ripe and soft and the wine has a long clean aftertaste.
Goes well with Pepper Fillet, Carpaccio and most meat dishes.
