William Everson Elgin Shiraz 2007

SHIRAZ 2007 Inky black wine with youthful purple rim, hints of stewed plums and prune and black cherries; ripe and inviting but not overdone. Full bodied and flavoured, the flavour of the nose follows easily onto the palate with touches of black pepper. Tannins have been cleverly worked and integrated and balanced.
