SAUVIGNON BLANC 2009 The colour of the wine is bright and clear. On the nose the wine shows the coolness of the Elgin region and at this stage the nose shows more green pepper, gooseberries and fig flavours than tropical fruit. The nose will show more fruit with time as the wine ages in the bottle. There is crisp acidity on the palate taste entry and this will develop into fruit that will show well in time as the wine ages and shows its intensity.
