Solid dense ruby colour generously perfumed with rich minty and nutty blackcurrant aromas. The oak is scented rather than sweet, showing cedar and aromas of cigar leaf. The palate is packed with berry fruit, mineral and wood, all enveloped in sustaining supple tannins with attendant acid and alcohol.
