    in the vineyard : The Weisser Riesling was harvested from 23 year old (Geisenheim clone 239) unirrigated vineyards, situated on decomposed granite soils, 300m above sea level.
    about the harvest: The grapes were hand-harvested on 20 March 2009.
    in the cellar : The Riesling was harvested at 20.0° B and tank fermented at 15° C. Once the perfect balance between fruit and acidity was reached, the fermentation was stopped to retain a hint of natural residual sugar.
