about the harvest: This Shiraz was made from specially selected grapes from the ultra-ripe harvest. All fruit was hand harvested at optimum ripeness and gently pressed to retain aroma and flavour.
in the cellar : From the start, our aim was to produce a Shiraz with intense fruit flavour and real character utilising quality grapes. The wine was aged in small new oak barrels for 10 months, which added greater weight and complexity.
