in the vineyard : Grapes are sourced mainly, from Paarl and Agter-Paarl areas, with a small proportion of fruit from Swartland region. The vineyards are trellised and mostly unirrigated.

in the cellar : Grapes were destalked and whole berry fermented in stainless steel tanks and barrel. After fermentation the wine was pressed off and matured for 8 months prior to bottling. French and American barrels were used, 3-5 years in age.
