ageing : This Cabernet Sauvignon will mature to the year 2012.
in the cellar : The grapes for this maiden vintage come from a single vineyard, which lies on the slopes of the Schapenberg and is south-west facing. The vineyard was planted in 1989 and is not irrigated. This Cabernet was matured in new French oak barrels for 18 months before bottling. It is totally unfiltered.
