Colour: pale with a lime green tinge

Aroma: A very attractive tropical (passion fruit, peach and apricot) aroma that has subtle undertones of lime and green pepper

Palate: This Sauvignon can best be described as light , textured and lingering. The "light" of the wine is characterized by an low alcohol, while tropical fruit flavours provide a textured feel which is fuelled by a well balanced acidity, providing the wine with a lingering mouthfeel.
