Light straw-yellow in colour, with glints of green. The invigorating, salty bouquet, reminiscent of the fresh sea breezes caressing our vineyards, is complemented by delightful hints of green fig and pet-it pois. All in all a unique, terroir-expressive Semillon, yet with the waxy, lanolin character true to this variety.
Recommended with monkfish on pee puree, seafood bisque or bouillabaisse.
